Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices on this site include VAT unless you switch the price display to exclude it; VAT is always shown and charged at checkout.
You can collect any order from our trade counter free of charge. Orders are normally ready within one hour during opening hours, and we'll email you as soon as yours is ready. Please bring your order confirmation.

Monday to Friday, 7am – 7pm
Saturday, 7am – 10am
Sunday, 10am – 12pm
Orders placed before [daily cut-off time] on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery estimates are given in working days and begin from dispatch, not from when the order is placed. We do not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays.
If an item is unexpectedly unavailable we'll contact you before dispatching the rest of your order, and you can choose to wait, swap the item, or have it refunded.
Please check your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us at info@adiys.co.uk within a reasonable time of delivery and we'll put it right. Keeping the packaging helps us resolve courier claims.
