The adjustable nail allows you to set the cutting depth for each stage of the job, starting shallow to break the surface, then extending deeper to tackle stubborn mortar. This ensures uniform and controlled mortar removal throughout the joint. 

It can also be used to shape and refine the joint profile when repointing, helping achieve a cleaner, more consistent finish. Large hardened steel wheels are engineered to withstand abrasive brickwork and maintain smooth rolling action under pressure, helping the tool track straight through every pass. A contoured grip provides stability and comfort during repeated scraping.
